Recently, VS Factory launched the new Seamaster 007 series 60th anniversary commemorative edition, the Bond 60th Anniversary Special Edition. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 007 film series, this watch is filled with a series of tribute elements, as seen in the iconic opening sequences of Bond films. The watch has a size of 42mm and is made of stainless steel, featuring a beautiful blue dial with a white lacquered aluminum “lollipop-shaped” second hand.
The blue dial is made of anodized aluminum with a wave pattern, inspired by James Bond's film “GoldenEye” released in 1995. The watch features the 8806 Master Chronometer movement, certified by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS) for its precision, antimagnetic properties, and overall performance, meeting higher industry standards.
The watch weighs 146 grams and has been perfectly polished by the factory. On the left side of the watch is the exhaust valve switch, and the crown can be rotated. It is recommended to keep it tightened during use. On the right side is the time adjustment crown, designed to be embedded, providing a depth waterproof effect without any scratching sensation.
The bezel is also made of blue anodized aluminum, and the number “60” replaces the usual triangular marker at the 12 o'clock position on the bezel, paying tribute to this 60th anniversary commemorative watch. The bezel scale is coated with luminous material, and the outer scale is fully luminescent, making the luminous effect a major highlight of this watch.
The watch features a bubble-style crystal, which gives it a vintage feel. The crystal is made of sapphire material, ensuring resistance to scratches during use. The dial details are three-dimensional, with charming blue wave patterns. The watch adopts a simple three-hand design, giving it a more minimalist look.
The watch has a transparent case back, with the corners secured by screws. VS Factory uses a movement based on the Seagull movement, ensuring its stability. The “Bond 60th Anniversary” watch comes with a metal Milanese bracelet or canvas strap. The combination of the metal Milanese bracelet and the Seamaster 300 watch creates a strong retro style, which has become a prominent feature of the special Seamaster 300 edition with high recognition.
